Isn't this owl adorable?! I made these tags to attach to the jars of jelly we took to the kids' teachers at open house. I colored them in with my tim holtz pens. I don't often use things like this, but after doing these tags, I have found how versatile they are! I can't wait to try more! Hop on over to the main blog and leave us a comment!

HIMCR Creative Spaces Blog Hop
Thanks for clicking over from Adrienne's blog! Doesn't she have a great space?! Now it's time to visit a pink space. Yep. Very pink.
I am in the process of organizing photos. There are piles everywhere! But I should be able to conquer the mess this weekend. I don't really have a choice since Tony's parents are coming in less than 2 weeks! This is how I'll organize my college years through now. Don't worry, this isn't all of the photos I have! I only print what I need.
Tony and I made these for my room last year. I painted these boards and then screwed the jar lids into them. It makes it really easy for me just to unscrew them and screw them back on. I use them to hold buttons, metal embellishments, jewels, hair bow making supplies, etc. I even have one that holds premade bows that I make from the ends of ribbon rolls. I hate to waste anything.
I even keep and hang my tags from different scrap events I go to. The one there is from an event I worked at last year. More on that another time. I hung up my mother's day gifts from the twins. If only you could see how adorable they are in those photos!
I know it's not a great photo, but this is how I store my cardstock. I got it at a garage sale for 2.00. It's made for 8 1/2 x 11, which means it doesn't close. Sometimes closing it would be a big inconvenience though.
If you want your room to photograph well, don't paint it "watermelon smoothie". It's a great color in person, not so great in photos. lol! I didn't realize my cricut is hiding behind that box, but I promise it's there! That box is full of flowers I made for my sister-in-law's wedding. What do you do with 80 fabric flowers?!
I love my ribbon, thread, and washi storage. I bought 2 shadow boxes and filled them. I keep looking for a third to join them, but prices have gone up and I'm not willing to spend that much.
See! I do love my ribbon storage. I wrap all of my ribbon around vintage wooden spools. The only ones I don't do that for are the huge rolls of thin ribbon. Those get stored elsewhere.

This is how I store my other paper. You can see the tape on them from when I've taped them to keep them from opening while traveling. I need to come up with a new way to store paper because I can never find what I want! Maybe I should make custom shelves for each brand.
I hope you had a great time exploring my creative space. Please leave me a comment letting me know what you think! Now, go visit Kelli's space! And don't forget to visit the main blog at the end and leave a comment for the giveaway!

Can't I lose anything?!
Have you seen those commercials for SlimQuick (or some other product like it) where the woman cuts out sugar and looses 6 lbs. Her husband cuts out sugar and looses 40. Yeah. That's me. Seriously. I'm hungry. This whole dieting thing is a pain. I now know why people who eat healthy are skinny. It's because they never get enough to eat! I have tried making one meal a day be a broth based soup. Yep. Still hungry. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Yep. Still hungry. When I get hungry, I get grumpy. Ask my kids. So now I need to find a new way to do this. Right now I am walking with mom 3 times a week and doing Les Mills Combat 5 times a week (when I don't face plant and hurt myself). Stay tuned for further updates!

HIMCR #109---SSS!
Welcome to super scraps Saturday! I love this layout. It's is all scraps. I should have taken a photo of the back of it. It's a good thing that no one ever sees that side. It's a mess!
This was one of the very first lines Authentique introduced. It's my favorite and I still have some of it stockpiled. If you look closely, you can see it jump out in many of the layouts that I do. Someday I'll run out and it will be a sad, sad day. Have a great Saturday, ya'll! Make something crafty and join us at Hiding in My Craft Room!

I'm expanding!
Oy. This whole "I'm going to make my blog only about scrapbooking!" isn't working for me. By the looks of things, you would think I haven't done much for the past 2 months, but I really have. I just can't show it to you! I work on another design team and until they release me to, I can't let you see what I'm working on. Hopefully I get the OK for that soon! I also have some fun projects and work that I'll be doing for Shannon McDermott and her K.I.S.S. events. So, expect a lot more of this. I have an awesome project that I'll put up soon that some of my facebook friends are dying to see. Tony and I are also trying to do the Les Mills Combat workout together and we are cutting our diets. He is having much more success with the cutting out stuff than I am. Ugh. But maybe I'll start to post updates of that here as well. The kids start kindergarten in a week and I find that hard to believe. But this blog is a good place to chronicle it so while many of my posts will still be craft and scrappy related, you'll be seeing more of my family and our adventures. Now, I'm off to my last month of Bunco. We are just too busy for me to commit to one more thing right now so it's on to the sub list I go and I'm ok with that. Check back on Saturday for a darling page. Maybe I'll even get some photos put on it by then!
