HIMCR #107--Christmas in July!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!  Ok...well maybe not so much, but our temp is going to drop 20 degrees this weekend so we may have to pull out the long  johns!  :)  Another place it's beginning to look  a lot like Christmas?  Hiding in My Craft Room!  Yep.  It's Christmas in July!  I don't normally make Christmas cards.  I tried it one year, but with the size of Tony's family, we have to send out around 75.  With three kids, I just do not have that kind of time!  But there are some people I'd like to send a handmade card to and this gave me a chance to get a head start.

The card is from a box I bought at Joann on clearance last year.  Yeah...I know.  I used washi tape to make the Christmas tree.  I love washi tape!

Have a great last week of July.  Pay attention because I will have a post with a fantastic looking project this week.  The next time you find me linked up to Hiding in My Craft Room, I'll be 30!

HIMCR #106--Freestyle!

Excuse my absence!  The kids and I have been sick.  Let's pick back up with challenge #106!  Freestyle!  I love this little thank you card.

I made this a few weeks ago.  I don't have my materials list, but you could easily do this with any materials!

Join us at Hiding in My Craft Room!  We have a blast!

HIMCR #105--Red and Green

It's going to be 90 today.  And Laurie has decided it's Christmas in July.  So, here we go with Red and Green!  I went back in my archives and picked this one out.  In 2011, we got 12 inches of snow, followed by another 8.  It was up to Cate's hips.  Crazy!  Caleb loves to eat the snow so these photos are of him playing in the falling snow .  Snow crazy!  lol!

Link up with Hiding in My Craft Room and show us your best red and green creation.  You do not need to make a Christmas project.  Anything with red and green is great!
